Site not Displaying correctly (Please help!)

I’m using a starter site straight out of the box, but while previewing all looks great, and then when on the actual site, everything becomes messed up. Here’s images of the two states: https://www.rowanspringfield.com/uncategorized/wordpress-issues-neve-theme/

@rodicaelena this works somehow, but only for the first visit of the page! Then it reverts back to displaying incorrectly. It seems we’re on the right path though! Do you have any other ideas that might work?
