Hi,
As checked, it seems the page builder’s row stretch is not functioning properly on your website.
- Are you running the latest version of Page Builder?
- Can you check without other plugins enabled temporarily to rule in/out specific issue with particular plugin?
Regards,
Kharis
I deactivated the plugins and I still have the issue. Should I reinstall the plugin? Sorry. It seemed I stepped away for a time and now things appear a bit different with the new blocks format. Just a bit confused on my part.

Hi,
Thank you for getting back.
As per your explanation, it seems likely you aren’t able to access the page builder when adding a new page. Is that correct?
You’ll get block editor when adding a new page without choosing SieOrigin Page Builder before. The option for page builder is available from Pages menu > Down arrow icon (next to the Add New button) > SideOrigin Page Builder.

Hi Kharis, sorry I didn’t respond. Computer issue. Anyway it seems that the my host is saying that I have the proper 7.3 PHP, but the WordPress site is telling me that I should update from 5.6 which is not acceptable for some plugins such as Page Builder. I looked into 1 and 1 and they showed where I’m running 7.3 on their end. What do I do to get WordPress up to dates? Thank you
Kharis, I am still at a roadblock with my host PHP now being on 7.4 yet WordPress says:
An updated version of WordPress is available.
You cannot update because WordPress 5.6 requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher. You are running version 5.4.45.
It has been saying this at every attempt to keep up to date yet will not allow me to. I’m at a stand still with updating our website because of it. The plugins are now requiring the higher PHP
