I’m trying to link my woocommerce shop to my Facebook shop for weeks now but to no avail. I’ve looked up the specific issue (having 2 shops, one with 0 items) and it recommended to delete the manually created shop but I can’t even select it to delete it! Please help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Please login to your Catalog Manager. The naming convention of the catalog is usually a good giveaway (though they can be renamed!). By default, if the shop was setup from Facebook, it will have the name “Products for <shopname>“, as you can see in this example for my SkyVergian Style shop:

When done through the plugin, this creates its own catalog with the name “<shopname> – WooCommerce”.Does it help to follow the steps provided in this guide?

Hi, this is still ongoing. I tried the solution offered but to no avail and my shop is still not connecting.

Hi @eberspacherdirect. Have you been able to delete the manually created shop following this guide?

Could you please share a screenshot of what you see in your Catalog Manager?
