Change Navigation Bar form Posts to Pages

    on my site TaxGuys Theres 2 navigation bars (on the wordpress theme I downloaded) the first is fine but the second shows bog post categories, how do I change it?

    You need to edit the relevant template file in your theme – possibly header.php – and remove the 2nd sidebar call.
