Video Category page deleted

    Hi,

    I’ve been using all in one video gallery to present videos to users who have registered for a subscription. I started experiencing issues a couple months back and have realized that the Video Category page was mistakenly deleted by someone working on the site. Unfortunately, my backups don’t go far enough back to restore the page. Is it possible to reinstall just the Video Category page? I can give someone access to my wordpress if needed. I’d prefer not to uninstall and reinstall the entire plugin because I don’t want to lose all of the videos that have been set up through the plugin.

    Solution #1:

    Go to our plugin dashboard (Video Gallery => Dashboard) and see if there is any tab named “Issues Found”. If yes, simply click on the tab and apply the fix. Then, check now.

    Solution #2:

    • Create a new WordPress page with the shortcode [aiovg_category]
    • Go to “Video Gallery => Settings => Advanced (tab) => Page Settings (submenu)”, locate the “Single Category Page” setting, select the page you have created in the previous step.
    • Save the changes and check now.
