I hope you’re fine today and thank you for your question!
There has been no update to Forminator in last two weeks so nothing was changed in plugin in last days, we also have no plans to remove “scheduled exports” from it. This would mean that something else is going on here so we’ll need to investigate it.
Before going any further, could you please double-check:
– that these e-mails are not going into spam folder
– that export is scheduled for the form in question (via “Forminator -> Submissions” page under “Export” button); if it is, please change the schedule, save, change it back and save again; you might also want to make sure that it’s set to send exports even if there is no submissions (there’s a checkbox for this in schedule settings there).
If after re-saving schedule it’s still not working, please go to the “Tools -> Site Health” page in site’s back-end and check if there are any issues reported regarding CRON – if so, let me know what is reported.
Also, please install this free plugin (you can remove it afterwards)

enable it and go to “Tools -> Cron Events” page and you should see a list of Cron Events there. Please take a look at it and see if there are any overdue dates in the “Next Run” column (if yes – what are they) and if there is any error/warning message at the top of the page (stating anything about cron schedules/events).
