Printer Paper Sizing Issue

    Hey Restropress devs,

    We’re trying to use the Order Tracking iOS application to print reciepts to a thermal printer with 3″ paper. The app seems to only print 8″x11″ size reciepts. Can you please include options for scaling or changing print paper sizes in the iOS app? At the moment we’re unable to print at all as the reciept just crops.

    I wouldn’t keep my hopes high. I’ve reported that issue 2 months ago and keep getting same message – ‘we are working on the issue, blah blah’
    My client is pissed because he cannot use the system in the restaurant. There’s no way he will pass around A4 sheets to his staff
