Missing Attributes menu

    I have a small mystery right now trying to add attributes to my products to allow for things like Brand or GTIN.

    I have added the Brand and GTIN attributes in the Attributes setting section BUT I can’t see the “Attributes” tab on my product view.

    So, I can set up a new custom attribute, but I can’t then go to a product and then set a value for that attribute on a product.

    Hi there!

    Did this behavior start after adding some plugins/theme or any updates?

    Can you please share your current System Status Report? You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Thanks for sharing!

    This might be caused by other plugins hiding those fields for some reason, or it was removed via custom codes.

    To rule out the plugin conflict:

    Please, try disabling all non-Woo-related plugins and check the issue again. If it works after deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, enable the plugins one by one while testing after each activation and see which one is causing the issue.

    You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them.
