“Remove plugin data” button not shown if token missing

If my token is missing/broken, the plugin displays a big red error saying I’ll have to revoke permissions, then remove plugin data. But when the token is missing the ‘remove plugin data’ button is not shown. I was able to get it cleaned up by grubbing around in the database, but I’m guessing most users won’t know how to do that.
