no PLACE ORDER in checkout page

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the checkout page. I integrated my paypal account with woocommerce and whenever i now proceed to the checkout page, there is no “place order” button. I do not have any other payment gateway on so i cannot tell if this is only for paypal or not, can someone please help me figure the issue out?
    (If my site-url is needed to investigate i will provide it,)

    WooCommerce will not allow an order to be placed if there is no shipping method to the buyer’s location. Temporarily set up a COD payment method, does that work? If so, shipping is correctly setup.

    Otherwise more clues are needed so please post your site’s address.

    Cash on delivery option (and stripe which i tested did work indeed) work without a problem. Unfortunately it is the payment gateway “paypal” plugin from automattic that is not performing well. I installed another one and it is working just as it should.

    Do you think it could be fixed the one from auttomatic? @lorro

    Hi there @sims0702,

    Were you referring to the built-in PayPal Standard gateway? Or the PayPal Checkout extension gateway? Or a different one?

    Please make sure you have followed the configuration steps for whichever one you are using:

    PayPal Standard: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/
    PayPal Checkout: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/

    If you are still having trouble, please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can check over that and take a look at your site. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
