Modal Popup BUG
-
Hi,
I´m using this plugin in my navbar to create profile popup, but this widget is loading too slow and it shows the content of the widget in navbar. You can check it on my website… You can see it whenever you reload.
Is there a solution to this or should I use a different plugin?
ThanksThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @devscred ,
I have a similar problem with the modal button.
I created a modal popup button to display registration to my newsletter (I used shortcode for that) but the content of the modal is displayed underneath the button instead.
Is there a way to go around the problem?Thank you in advance

Hi @raphmachan

Could you please share exactly which button on your website is having our Modal popup so that we can check and resolve the issue for you?
Thanks again
Hi,
Thank you so much for sharing the details.
Would you mind sharing us which version of WordPress and Elementor are you using?
Are you using any other Elementor Addons along with ours?Thank You
@oprsalmartin
We’re also checking out your issues too 🙂Hi @devscred ,
I’m using elementor Version 3.0.14, Essential Addons for Elementor version 4.3.7, and Anywhere Elementor Version 1.2.2 (I use this to get the shortcode for the modal pop up).Thank you for your help,
CheersHi @raphmachan
As far as I can see our Main stylesheet is not loading in your site at all.
This might happen due to some third party conflicts.Could you kindly deactivate all the plugins and switch to the WordPress default Theme to check if the issue still persists?
Thank You
Hi @oprsalmartin ,
We have checked in different Mobile browsers and on our Simulator for the issue.
It is working pretty well for us.
Although it’s a very tiny delay (about a miliseconds) before the entire DOM loads.Could you kindly share which browser are you checking this?
I have attached a video for you to see how it looks on our end too:
https://take.ms/KlqyGI hope this helps.
Thank You for your insights.
They are always important to us.@devscred,
Thanks for the reply. I deactivated the plugins but it didn’t work quite as I wanted to.
In the end I used a different method and deactivated EA all together but thank you for your help and your reactivity on the matter.Hi @devscred
I was using Opera in mobile.
It is not that slow like in video (thats probably because i was recording) but when I checked in Google Chrome on PC there is still maybe like second delay. But this is still pretty annoying to users…Thanks
We understand that.
Thank you for sharing your concerns.
We’re working on this to make as smooth as possible. Please allow us some time to roll an update with the possible fixes.
Take Care
Hi @raphmachan
