plugin keep loading after click button

    Hi

    i have download this plugin and all set correctly before and working well. but recently when i doing a test, i found this feature is unavailable when i submit my info(name and email). it just keep loading , but no email received.

    how can i solve this issue?

    my wordpress backend also stuck after click ‘send download link’. but it restored few mins later without any action
