Two menu items cannot be translated

    The menu item “Refund” and the menu item “Reviews” cannot be translated.

    I’ve looked into the PO file and I even created POT file by scanning the plugin folder.

    No string exists.

    How can these two menu items on the vendor admin page be translated?
