    Hi @alan20spqr,

What does your debug.log say? What subdirectory are you referring to?

Where can i find the debug.log?

I’m referring to a subdirectory (https://w-bgallery.com/en) in the root carpet of the wp site (https://w-bgallery.com/)

I would contact your web host for the debug.log if that’s available… if it’s not, you should ask them to help activate that so we can see what errors are generated.

Regarding subdirectories, this is more of a WordPress Multisite general question, but in a WordPress multisite installation the wp-uploads folder contains sub folders for each single website. Files which have been uploaded to the websites are stored in the corresponding folder – with the same structure you have in the wp-uploads folder of the standard installation.

    Hope that helps!
