• the other reviews for this plugin must be fake as this is the worst support i have ever experienced… pay more for a better alternative.

    product looks great, but if you need support forget about it….their online chat tells you to email them….the guys on email tell you to come online and chat.

    two word replies to support emails if you are lucky to get a reply….at least 5/6 days for a support email replies.

    avoid.

    I apologize for the experience that you had with our support. We are occupied with an unexpected amount of emails and live chat queries for the past 15 days. Due to that reason our support team has been a bit slow in replies. In general we take 1-48 hours to get back to our customers. When there is a delay , in general its because of unavoidable reasons. I am sorry that you had to face this.

    if you can please share me the subject of your email. Or the issues that you were facing? It would be very kind of you if you can share us the email that you used to communicate with us. I personally will see through your issues and fix them as you want. Hopefully your experience this time will change your perspective on our support. Please let us know how we can help you out.

    you guys have a great product, but your support is really letting you down.

    I will try engaging again with support and will update my review if it improves.
