    Hi all,

I tried to feel my way through this, trying to have woocommerece do what I need but I am not sure was successful.

Here is what I need: I sell Engineering Blueprints on my site, all I want is to give the customer an option to order duplicate copies but I only want to charge $5.00 for extra copies. Whatever I did is kinda working but the bad thing customer are complaining once they select the duplicate request they can’t change their mind and there is no way to unselect it.

All help and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you all

    Hi @rcktech!

I see what you mean. After the user makes a selection on one of your 3 options, there is no way to unselect that.

It all boils down to the field type you’ve used. I am not sure which plugin you used to add the additional fields, but if it is https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/ then you will need to use the quantity field and not the one you have right now.

If you are using a different plugin to add your product addons, please tell us which one so we can put you in touch with the correct channel.

Alternatively, if it is indeed our extension and you need further help, please do reach out by creating a ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Cheers!
