Hi

The default language setting of the website is “German”. Why does this plugin load the English language file, although cookie-law-info-de_DE.mo is available ?

PS: WebSite is completely translated with WPML in German (default) and English language….

Thanks for the reply. Why is the cookie – info in English, the page itself in German language ?

Hi @hansjuergarnold,

Please translate the cookie bar message from Setting > Customize Cookie Bar message.

Then follow the guide here to translate the plugin to multiple language using WPML.

Hi

I followed already the instructions. I do not understand, why there is an .po / mo – file with ready and translated German text……
