Woocommerce Product Page Isn’t Loading on Front End

    Hello,

    We use woocommerce for guests to book appointments via our website. But this specific product page isn’t loading properly when I’m not logged into my backend. However, when I am logged in, it loads exactly how it should look.

    I can’t seem to find out why it does this.

    Hi there,

    Can you go to
    “WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts” and check whether you have disabled Guest Checkout.
    Here’s a screenshot –

    Thank you! But I already have that checked. Here are the screenshots of what it should look like and what I see on the backend, but the other one is of what it loads as for customers.

    You’ll see that:
    1. The image isn’t showing
    2. Calendar isn’t showing
    3. There’s no SUBMIT button

    Hi there,

    Can you test whether you can reproduce the issue with the Storefront theme?
    Please try this on a staging site.

    If you can replicate the issue on a staging site, to help understand your site better, could you please share a copy of your staging site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
