    Hello again,

My table rate shipping in Woocommerce has stopped working again. When I originally set-up the site and tested it, the shipping estimates seemed to work fine when I put in my County, City and Postcode. When I updated Woocommerce, the shipping estimates stopped working.

What caused the issue originally was that my products were set to measurements in grams and the default weight in Woocommerce was kg. I corrected that issue by setting the default weight to grams and then the table rate shipping starting working again. (Not sure how this happened in the first place!?)

However, I’ve gone back to the site to test again using my information and a customer’s information (and on both), the site tells me that there aren’t any shipping options.

I’ve double checked this again and there are table rates present and the default weight measurement is set-up correctly.

    Any ideas on this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The first thing to ascertain is whether Shipping is matching to the correct Shipping Zone for which you have set up the Table Rate Shipping and other shipping methods.

For this purpose, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options. On that page, please temporarily enable the Debug Mode option.

Once you’ve done that please proceed to the checkout page on your site and enter the address you want to test with.

You should see a green banner at the top of the page, indicating what zone you’ve matched to. Depending on your site, you may need to refresh the page after entering in the new address to see what zone you match to.

If it is matching to the correct Shipping Zone, can you next share the screenshots of how you set the Table Rate Shipping and other shipping methods in the zone?

    Hi Siew,

Thanks for this. After having a look around at my products (to resolve another issue), it seems that the weights for all my products have reverted to decimal points and that’s why the shipping isn’t working.

The debug menu showed that it was matching the zone. So I may set Woocommerce back to KG as the default weight and just use decimal points. I think every time I update Woocommerce, it will overwrite the default weights. Fingers crossed that this will resolve it and I won’t have to keep updating.

Many thanks for your help. Hopefully, someone else can make use of my (minor) pain.

    Marking as resolved for now.
