Change Email label or disable email

Hi,

Every time i chage the status od the order a email is send to the admin saying that a new order was made… but is not a new order, is a order status change.

Option A : is there a way to change the label of the email when a state is change drom waiting for paymanent to concluded ?

Option B: Is there a way to disable all change status email from been send to the admin configured in the woocommerce – emails ?
