    • The last two updates have deleted some of my subsribe entries.
    • I can’t find the Add new button anymore to add podcast providers that are not in the selection list (radio.de)
    • This valid podcast url simply cannot be registered as subscribe entry: https://www.podcast.de/podcast/855320
I have deactivated the checkbox and set it again – without success.

    Thanks for help!

    Hi @rainerb

Thanks for the message but sorry you’re running into this issue. You should’ve seen a notice upon upgrading to v2.4 that described some of the steps that you’d need to take to update your subscribe buttons to the new way that the plugin manages them going forward (https://support.castos.com/article/166-add-subscription-links-to-your-podcast-player for more details). We did this to allow for some more advanced subscribe buttons (with icons) that are coming shortly. If you haven’t already please take a look at that help doc…it ought to share the steps you’d need to take to update your subscribe links and how to add new fields. If not, let us know.

    Thanks for the quick answer!

I had read the note for the upgrade and downloaded my subscribe link urls.

The point Customizing Subscription Links in your help link is no longer in my Podcast options. That’s the problem: no more Add new button. Only on my site or generally due to the update?

There is also the problem that the podcast url https://www.podcast.de/podcast/855320 cannot be saved under Feed details. Other urls I can delete and put again and save. But by this url the url box after saving is empty again… 🙁

Hi @rainerb thanks for the follow up there.

You’re absolutely right that the “Customizing Subscription Links” area of the help doc isn’t really applicable anymore as we’ve made the choice to list out all (or as many as we can think of/find) of the podcasting directories that you might use. Podcast.de is one of those, but I do see the issue you’re referring to where once you’ve added podcast.de in the Options area and paste in the link you sent above it doesn’t save this value. I’m logging this with our development team now and we ought to be able to take a look at this shortly.
