Also I cannot edit the settings of the plugins. This error occurs

To disable Autoptimize (or any plugin that acts up like that) go into a file manager ( (s)ftp or cpanel file manager or something similar) and rename wp-content/plugins/autoptimize into wp-content/plugins/autoptimize-broken.
To know what is going wrong have a look at the mail that was mentioned or at your php-errorlog, feel free to share those details here.
