I have three websites. all of them have the below bug.
everything is updated. websites have 40K posts!

[22-Nov-2020 15:07:07 UTC] خطای Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now در پایگاه‌داده وردپرس برای دستور SELECT autoload FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = 'rank_math_notifications' ساخته شده توسط shutdown_action_hook, do_action('shutdown'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, MyThemeShop\Notification_Center->update_storage, delete_option

I think your plugin problem is a similar error that yoast already had in the last version.

Also, please update MySQL to version 8.

I am using the last version of the plugin, with WordPress 5.6 and also MySQL version 8

Hello @mohammad983

Upon researching further online, we found that few other users have reported such issues with WPML, Shield, etc. plugins.

The most common reasons for this error are
1. Cache plugin – You can check if the error is logged again by clearing/disabling the cache plugin and also on the server-side.

2. Memory getting exhausted – If the log file is showing memory-related errors then this could be the reason

3. A theme or a plugin is running a query and not completing it – You can check if another plugin is not causing this problem by creating a staging site with only the Rank Math plugin activated.

@rankmath as I told you, I have had this issue on Yoast too. in com from the website with a huge number of posts. they have been solved the problem on the new update.
It’s not about cash, at least in our case! in clean install the problem happened again!
I have three sites and all of them have this issue.
the point is there is no raw on database wich named ‘rank_math_notifications’!
I tried to use “Re-create Missing Database Tables” but nothing has been changed
