Plugin blocking my App.

Your plugin is blocking access and log in ability to a booking app on my web site.
The plugin being blocked is Event Espresso, app from mobile phones.
I have excluded certain roles, including Administrator from your app but still I cannot log in to the phone app (which uses the site user name and PW) to gain acess to the bookings.
How do I stop your plugin blocking this access??
