Could you send more info about this? It’s a very basic form field so I’m a bit surprised. In either event, whatever additional info would be helpful… What ad blockers? What websites are you seeing it on?

I was surprised too. I was seeing it on (www.findingelephants.com) and the theme store demo that uses the widget (http://demo.17thavenuedesigns.net/uptown/)
I think the ad blocker extension was this one (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock-%E2%80%94-best-ad-blocker/gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom?hl=en)
When I uninstalled the adblocker the widget worked fine. Now that I reinstalled it to test, it doesn’t seem to block it anymore. Don’t know if it was a glitch in their version? The problem lasted for weeks, and after restarts, installs, uninstalls, etc. etc.
