• Hi! I’m working on setting up my shop page with affiliate links from Amazon and Thrive. I am using elementor and have the woo commerce plugin installed. I can’t figure out how to line up the images. Is there an easier way to do this?
I would also like to create a drop down menu for each section (kitchen tools, ingredients, etc). would i just create the separate sections in a post?
Is there also a way to download the html links for the pics from amazon in the media library?
    So many questions! lol
    THANK YOU!!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @afoodiesbliss,

    Nice work, looking like progress!

As long as the images are different sizes, it’s unfortunately going to be pretty tough to line things up, especially with Elementor adding custom CSS for each individual image block. You may have some luck reaching out to Elementor support for help setting this up since it’s their code instead of Kale’s that’s coming into play here.

The simplest way to setup the drop down menus would probably be to link to the product categories in the menu, without creating a post (unless you prefer to do it that way). Here’s an example of the product category page from the demo:

Better example here, although it’s from the Pro version:

It would actually be pretty handy if you could download the images from Amazon’s affiliate system and use them directly from your own media library, but I don’t think their terms would allow that…can’t hurt to get in touch with their support for a definitive answer on that one though.

If you have any trouble setting up the drop down menu, let us know and we’ll be happy to help!
