Hi @jeffreysmith1500,
Sorry for the late reply.
Do you mean one order with any quantity in it? If that’s the case, unfortunately, that’s not possible at the moment. You can, however, limit all products to 1 pcs., so customer won’t be able to buy any other product. I.e. you could limit it to “1 order only”, but will have to be “1 pcs. only” as well.
P.S. To limit all products to 1 pcs., you will have to assign all your products to some category (or tag), and then use our “Per product category” (or “Per product tag”) option. Please let me know if you need further instructions on how to do it.
P.P.S. Regarding “1 order with any quantity” feature – let me check the plugin code, maybe I will be able to add it in next plugin version.
Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Hi @algoritmika, I have resolved this issue by selecting in order status both “Processing” and “Completed”. This is a membership site, and a member can now order one product, and can not order again.
Hi @jeffreysmith1500,
Glad to hear you’ve figured it out. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Hi,
Just a quick note regarding:
Do you mean one order with any quantity in it? If that’s the case, unfortunately, that’s not possible at the moment.
We’ve added “Product orders” to our “Mode” option (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General”) in plugin v3.5.0.
