I absolutely agree. Total mess. Help spread the word, I created a bit of a review: http://templatic.webs.com/
Perhaps I am too late to notice this thread in here but if you’d asked for support at http://templatic.com/helpdesk , we’d have helped you on this.
Basically, this is image cache issue and you need to give your cache folder 775 permission so images can dynamically gets resized
hey rbhavesh, totally agree with the above posters. problems galore with my templatic purchase – kidz store. major disappointment. similar issue with the image that is meant to show on the homepage. changing file permissions doesn’t change sh*t.
i’ve had great success customizing woo and elegant themes with the help of their forums. stunned when i realized there wasn’t a templatic forum (after i purchased). your current support system is hopeless.
@toddyhotpants Disappointment as in the thumb images wouldn’t show up? If that is the issue than I’d say we do use same timthumb script that the woo and elegant theme guys use. If the permission didnt work for our theme, it shouldnt work for their theme as well – because ultimately, all of them are dependent on the timthumb script which is developed by entirely different party.
Having said that, good news is we are very close to releasing ecommerce framework bit.ly/WPecom which have tremendously improved the way wordpress ecommerce is being held. (this framework will be available for free to every customer)
Also just today we implemented new timthumb features + improvements which helps you create a lot better thumbnail.
If having forum is the issue, we have a forum coming up. Earlier, we had forum but helpdesk helps us track the issues in lot better way.
