Start subscription charge later, or suspend?

Hello,
I’d like to start selling a monthly subscription that will only be launched on Jan 7th.
If someone subscribes today, how can I start charging them the monthly fee only from Jan 7th? Or renew them only on Feb 7th?
I wonder if I can suspend the subscription immediately upon receiving the order, and activate is again on Jan 7th. But will that charge the customer correctly?

For any support with WooCommerce Subscriptions, please head over to this form.
From there, select the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension in the “I need help with” dropdown.
