Hi,
When I say that my checkout page is not working it means that when I try to finance my purchase on my website, it is not showing me what I select, for example, the option of by name, address, mobile phone, location, etc. In other words, the only thing that appears to me is this: https://frescoscompaladar.com/checkout/ the Shortcode you put in to create this page that was [woocomerce-checkout]. I can’t share images here, how can I do it besides taking screenshots?

Looking at your site it seems like you may have added the checkout shortcode as plain text to your site as it’s displaying as text.

When adding a shortcode to a WordPress page you should add that within a WordPress Shortcode Block like this example below.

Hi @ines1204. Is the checkout page an Elementor page? There’s a button in the screenshot to edit the page with Elementor. That could be what is causing the issue.
The cart page also uses a shortcode, and it appears to be working. Is there any difference in how the cart page is set up vs. the checkout page?
Also, can you post a screenshot of the WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced page?
