View cart problems

    I am using woocommerce paired with printful. I’ve managed to get all the items added to the shop, but when I click the view cart button it just takes me back to the home page of my site. I’ve looked at other help articles for this issue, but they all seem to be for different versions of the plugin and the fixes they offer don’t apply to my situation. Does anyone have a fix for this problem?

    Hi,
    I also had this problem. However after reading some articles I used the shortcode and post it in there [woocommerce_cart] and it is working. But unfortunately I can’t say the same about my checkout.

    Do you happen to have a link to the post that provided you with a solution? Also, what issues are you having with your checkout?

    Hello again,
    At the beginning I was also on the home page and then I created a page for chechout and shopping cart. So, I saw several tutorials, some in English and others in my mother tongue, Portuguese. This one I think was in Portuguese. But when I completed my purchase on my website, my checkout page only appears: https://frescoscompaladar.com/checkout/
    Regarding your question, try to create a new page and do what you said before. Then go to your WooCommerce plugin> settings> Advanced> Page Setup and select your Cart page on the cart.

    I’m not sure if the problem you’re experiencing is the same as @ines1204, but can you confirm that you have the cart page properly set up with the following shortcode?: [woocommerce_cart]

    Also, you’ll want to make sure your cart page is properly assigned via WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.

    Can you also confirm- does this problem happen with non-printful products as well?
