Tabs disapeared randomly

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for your plugin which is so useful !

    I don’t if it is related but I now update my produts using the WP import-export functionality.

    And now I’ve got 2 problems :

    – My tabs disapeared from some of my products even if I didn’t touch the column : “Méta : yikes_woo_products_tabs”

    – what is even more stange is that when I am exporting my produts I can see that my tabs are on this column ‘Méta : yikes_woo_products_tabs” but they are not displaying on the backend or frontend of my website.

    Do you have then any clue why they disapeared ?

    For information, it seems that only the product which for I added a video add a problem

    Hello Tracy,

    Yes of course but I create new tabs for the products I add problem with.
    But there this one for example :

    – https://the97shop.com/produit/apple-iphone-11/

    And this was on the “Méta : yikes_woo_products_tabs” column even if the tabs were not displaying on WP :

    I don’t if that can help you but between the”[/video]” and “</center>”;}}” there was plenty of ” ” but they are not display when I just send you the copy like that.

    Yes it is because I created the tabs again.

    Before I did that, there were this on the “Méta : yikes_woo_products_tabs” column and the tabs were not displaying on WP :

    There may be something wrong with the import/export functionality. A few people have reported problems. This has been added to our to-list for a future release.

    Do you have a tips to recover the tabs ?

    It happened again.

    I have the Meta description but even if I import it, it does not appears.

    Hello Tracy,

    Do you have any news about the problem of tabs disapearing during the import process ?

    I see that the topic is “resolved” but it is unfortunately not.
