Hi @parvezhussain – thanks for writing in and apologies for the inconvenience.

It seems that this is a caching-related error.

Could you please ensure that all forms of caching (browser, on-site plugins, or server-side caching such as Cloudflare) have been cleared/deleted/emptied so that changes will take effect?

Or, you can try to deactivate your Autoptimize caching plugin temporarily from your end to see if the issue still persists.

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,
    frank (ao dev)
