Hello there @ancientworm,
Can you elaborate a bit more on the issue you are experiencing? Could you provide an example of what exactly is not right and a way for us to replicate the issue?
Kind regards,
StoyanThe error images showed broken after the cloudflare enable

We have the exact same problem. We have noted that if we use images with domain.com rather than http://www.domain.com then the images are shown. However problem is that some of our emails are automated (with images inserted automatically using featured images for posts) and so we cannot control the image URL for those. The emails were working perfectly until the update with the CloudFlare integration.
Exactly @sacfc
Hey there @ancientworm,
Could you please provide the images again, because it looks like they expired? Can you be more specific about what exactly is not working as expected and how to replicate it?
Kind regards,

We have a ticket (3844787) related to this but it still remains an issue – and is an issue that we never had previously (so had worked for several years) until the SG Optimiser update with CloudFlare integration.
Hey there @ancientworm,
Make sure that the images in the email are loading from the origin server. If your emails are originally sent from lovingsparkles.co, but the images are loaded from http://www.lovingsparkles.co will cause them to appear as broken since the email client accepts content from the same origin as the email address.
If you have changed any DNS settings in order to configure your site to work with the Cloudflare network, make sure you have configured them correctly.
To use your email newsletter make sure that the images are loaded from the origin server and not from the CDN’s network. You can do this by updating the URLs in your newsletter to the correct ones. This way you can continue using Cloudflare and your images in the emails will be loaded properly.
If you have any questions feel free to contact us again.
Kind regards,
StoyanHi. Unfortunately this doesn’t work when using email plugins such as MailPoet where automated content is utilised ie latest posts. There is then no control over the image urls. These newsletters worked fine before the SG Optimiser change but are now broken
Hi , no luck of trying , i wonder if any one have solution for that ?
Hi @sacfc you found any solution ?
Unfortunately not – there seems to be just two options now. SG rectify it or we ask the email newsletter plugin (mailpoet) to enhance their plugin to provide clients with option to serve images from the naked/apex domain. However, I don’t they will prioritise that!
@ancientworm we also have a mobile app that uses the WP REST API to deliver content such as recent posts. We discovered that images had also stopped being displayed in the app and so have to urgently build a new release of the app. Again, we found that images served from http://www.[domain] did not display but those served from the naked domain did display.
@sacfc thanks a lot for sharing the info ,3 months back some of the product images or post stop being displayed on mostly ios devieces . SG advised changing http to https using better search and replace and it bring the whole site down and force to restore it. I managed to resolved it by just rotate left n right after upload to WP media library , Definitely not a good idea for long run. Those issues happened when SG optimizer or cloudflare is enabled.
