Extensions like Product Add-Ons allow you to add extra fields and checkboxes to your product page. Each add-on can have an additional cost that will be attached to the total product price.
The formatting of add-ons is far from the example site you shared. An extension like Composite Products offers more robust layout options, which would allow you to create a more visual display of the different options. However, that is still different from the website you linked to.
