Photo gallery is completely empty

    When going to Photo gallery in the Dashboard, it is completely empty, the only thing that shows up is Screen Options in the top right of the screen. There is nothing to even click on, its completely empty. How can I fix this? Because I know there are Galleries from Photo gallery being used on my website.

    Thank you for the report.

    Can you please use the “inspect element” and see if you have any errors on your site?

    Please deactivate your plugins temporarily to determine any possible conflict with other plugins. You can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin for that.

    Thank you for the response.

    The Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin made it work again, but only when it is on. Can I keep the troubleshooting mode on? or will it have some sort of negative effect if I do so?

    3tools.php?page=health-check:1 Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received.

    This is also the error I see when I inspect element.

    Dear @pil0t395,

    The health check deactivates all your active plugins so you could identify the core reason.

    Please activate the plugins one by one and see which plugin affects the work of the gallery.
