Can’t get the wp-admin to work

    PLEASE can somebody help me.

    I have uploaded the folder with the unzipped wordpress in – modified the file with all my info (and triple checked) set up the SQL etc (and waited 6 hours for it all to work) but I host with 1and1 and keep getting their page. I have deleted the index file which I read was the problem and it STILL doesnt work – please HELP!!!!!!!
