Can you please share where you are seeing those warnings and how they are related to W3 Total Cache?
As for the mailer lite mail collector module, please disable the settings one by one in Performance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache and perform the test after each setting is disabled to determine which option might be causing this.

if I deactivate your plugin my site is safe again with a valid ssl certificate. do i have to change some setting to solve?

I can see that W3 Total Cache is active now on your website and also I can see that it is showing a valid SSL certificate.
SO I am not sure where the issue is exactly as I am visiting https://www.ciromuto.com/ with no SSL issues.
