Excellent Customer Support and Great Plugin

This plugin saves so much time. Much easier than previous methods of using advanced Import / Export tools to perform batch updates. Also, we had an issue in which a certain custom post object field was not showing all available multiple records to be able to edit. We connected to support and they spent a good amount of time with us. They logged into WordPress backend, troubleshooted, and provided us the solution to our issue. Also very clear and great communication with their support team.
