Hi, i’m setting up a e-shop for a client.
For some products, I don’t need to show multiple options for shipping but just one.

If I do that, then I get ” There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help. ” even though the shipping cost is added to the total but not showing up.

If I allow 2 shipping options, I then have the radio button to choose which is ok.

How do I fixe the problem with the 1 shipping option to show correctly?

Hi @mfdesignfr

By default, all shipping options will be shown on the checkout page, and can’t be offered based on which products are in the cart.

This can be done with additional plugins, such as Conditional Shipping And Payments or Advanced Shipping Packages. Do you have any of those (or any other plugin related to offering different shipping methods for different products) active on your site?
