Hello

If we want to create a label for the programs, this error occurs

SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object has no ‘name1’ property

Under Settings / Shipping our name is in the Name field for Sender

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Did you verify there is a name for the receiver as well? If you are using a return address it too should have the name.

Can you send me the DHL log file, you can find it in “WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs” and select the log file that starts with “DHL” – https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/3806443/b80984da29d820059129d3afdc09d616.

Send to the email “dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com”.

There are no log file with DHL
