Woo Template types are missing

Hi!

I’m building a webpage for my client. Have build a few websites beforehand, but this is my first time using woocommerce.

I try to edit/design the single product page, but can’t seem to do so. Been stuck at this point for hours now.

I tried following this turtorial:

But the only types of templates I see, are “page” and “section”. There’s no others, which come with woocommerce (like “single product”). View the video at 59sec.

What should I do, how can I fix that?

I tried instaling woocommerce on some other site that I manage, worked normally. So must be some kind of bug.
Also tried reinstaling, didn’t work.

Using wordpress 5.4.4 with latest woocommerce and astra (free).

Do you mean that you don’t see “Single Product” listed as an option in this dropdown?

If that’s the case, it’s possible that this is an issue with Elementor, OR that your theme overrides the Single Product template already.

What I’d suggest is to temporarily switch back to a default theme (such as TwentyTwenty or Storefront) and see if the Single Product option is then listed in Elementor. If that’s the case, it’s an issue with the Astra theme and you will need to reach out to Astra’s support team.

If there is still no Single Product option listed even when you’re on a default theme, it’s best to check this with Elementor directly, since this is their product.

While we’re experts on our own products, third party plugins are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).

I tried switching to Storefront theme and the problem is still there. I’ll try posting on elementor site (or subforum).

Just out of curiosity.. couldn’t I just paste some .php files to a specific location on my cpanel/file manager?
