FT Slider not working

Hi there.
I am trying to set up a sample homepage for a friend so he can see how his site would look in the Flash theme. Note: I set his page in Private mode on my own site)
For some reason, the FT: Slider is not working.
Instead of setting each individual slide it is setting them all one on top of the other with no white space between in the center (not full width) and the scroll controls are on the bottom of the images.
For the life of me, I have checked the settings and still can’t figure out why this is happening.
Any ideas?
Could this be a plugin compatibility issue?
The plugins that I have installed and active are: Askimet Anti Spam, Everest Forms, Flash Toolkit, Google Analytics, Page Builder by Site Origin, Really Simple SSL, WP Forms Lite(inactive) and ThemeGrill Demo importer.
