WP-DB Manager Issue

I just installed the wp-dbmanager plugin however when I tried to activate it I got the following message.

Your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public

“To correct this issue, move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to /hermes/bosweb/web162/b1626/ipg.ourtwentiescom/wp-content/backup-db”

I tried looking for my .htaccess in the admin User Interface but I can’t find it anywhere. How do I find this file and move it to where it needs to be?
