The shop is working fine on desktop but not on mobile. The products won’t add to the cart and PayPal will not work either.

Can someone help with this? Thanks.

    Hey @fruitionhomeopathy

I tried this on my phone, and I was able to add products to my cart. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

What’s not working for you exactly? Do you see any error messages appear anywhere?

Please give us a few details on what’s happening on your end, and we can look into it some more.

That’s great to hear! Did the PayPal link work too?

I add a product but when it says ‘view cart’ the cart says it is empty. If I add to cart then click ‘PayPal’ the link comes up with text which defaults back so quickly there is not much time to read it. Says something like ‘are you not automatically redirecting’.

The buttons are different to what is on the desktop and what I have in the back end.

    Hi @fruitionhomeopathy,

Testing on your site today below is the error message I see which is being returned from PayPal on your website.

A PayPal error code #10002 means that PayPal cannot verify your “security header” information, otherwise known as your API username, password and signature. If you are seeing the error message “Payment Error: (10002) – Security error – Security header is not valid” at the top of a payment form when trying to submit a payment, it can mean one of two things:

    1. Your credentials are not correct. Try re-entering your API username, password and signature and make sure any spaces or extra characters are removed.
    2. Your account live/test mode does not match the form live/test mode. Check in PayPal to make sure your account is in Live mode and make sure your Soapbox forms match (test forms with Sandbox account credentials, live forms with live account credentials).

I’d suggest checking the API details which you’ve used for the Paypal Checkout plugin as incorrect details is what causes PayPal to return a 10002 error code.

For further assistance with the free PayPal Checkout plugin you can post any further questions in that plugins official forum below.
