    None of my download links are working. I have verified proper product setup. The last two customers have contacted me saying they didn’t receive a download link. I performed several test purchases and I am not getting a download link in the customer order confirmation emails. Also, I tried as a user with an account, and as a guest. The user account Download section does not show any available downloads. I have checked the database table in “XX_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions” and my recent customer orders, and my test orders are not being populated in the database table, but they do show up as orders in the customer account area, and in the admin area. Just no download links. WooCommerce is configured to allow downloads while orders are pending, and I have tried all three download methods.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks

    ALso, I notice my older test emails that were working have a “Downloads” section that lists the purchased files with links to the download files. This section is followed by the “Order” section that details the purchase.

    The latest emails do not have this “downloads section” included. Just the Order section.

    Hi @sabian66. Can you send a screenshot of the General tab for the product settings for one of these products? If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:

    * https://snipboard.io
    * http://skitch.com/
    * http://getcloudapp.com/
    * http://awesomescreenshot.com/
    There is also a walkthrough guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

    Also, did you notice that this problem started with any specific update? Can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any further questions!
