Single Page, ‘Comments’ only?

    Hey, I was wondering if/how I could create a single page, where people could post comments (that would have to be approved first), and the page would only display comments. With the possibility of adding a few other pages.
    I guess basically, I am trying to recreate something like fmylife.com or mylifeisaverage.com/ .

    Just create an empty page with comments enabled. Set your discussion options to require your approval before comments are posted.

    But the comments don’t appear without a post.
    I’m trying it out on the Manifest Theme.

    Is there a way to add other fields to the comment entry as well?

    i want the same thing but cant seem to find it either i am using a theme created by artisteer so is customised tried most things without success
