Videos not working

    Hi

    Videos aren’t working in my feed. The thumbnails intermittently work but sometime display a grey square and clicking a video only play audio and no video.

    The only plugins I have that optimise in any way are Jetpack and SG Optimizer (siteground) I have disabled both of those and my Cloudflare CDN but the videos still don’t work.

    I need help relatively quickly as it’s for a clients site, otherwise I will have to move to Smash Balloon.

    Hi Stuart, we’ve replied to your email about this issue. We are aware of video thumbnails intermittently not working with certain browsers. The issue came about from a recent Instagram API change and we’re working on a better solution to be released soon.

    We’ll continue the conversation over email so we can share further details.
