    I have read all the stuff by woocommerce to set tax but iam not getting how to set different tax that will work/apply according to product category i.e different tax for different product category .

    Hi @os23,

    What you could do is create Tax Class for each category and then apply that Tax Class to products which you assign to the category.

    For example, if you had a product category called Clothing you could create a tax class called Clothing Tax or similar. For each product within the Clothing category, you would apply the tax class you created for that.

    Assume I want 12% tax named GST on product category “clothing” and I want 18% tax named GST on product category “shoes” so how can I or vendor apply tax depending on product category ?

    Hi @os23,

    As per my previous reply, you could try creating a Tax Class for the categories you wish to apply tax rates to and assign those to products within those categories.
