If you need to exclude the JS file used by WPForms for caching, please exclude /wp-content/plugins/wpforms/assets/js/wpforms.js.

Since reCaptcha uses an external Javascript file, we do not have a way to exclude it in your Javascript optimization.
You might want to consider other Anti SPAM options, like our built-in anti-spam protection feature which is enabled by default (https://a.supportally.com/YUqTLn). This does not require any additional setup. When enabled in the form, it works in the background to protect your forms against spam. For more details about the anti-spam protection feature, please see our tutorial here: https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-prevent-spam-in-wpforms/#anti-spam
And if you’d like to, you can consider the following third-party plugins to protect your forms against spam:
– ‘WordPress Zero Spam’ (https://wordpress.org/plugins/zero-spam/). This plugin is simple to set up, and works right out of the box.
– ‘Spam protection, AntiSpam, FireWall by CleanTalk (https://wordpress.org/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/). This option requires registration, and offers more settings for customization. Just a heads up — this is a premium plugin with yearly subscription plans, though it offers a 7 days free trial. Please see their site page for more details: https://cleantalk.org/price-anti-spam.

My apologies for the wait.
If you have older forms that you need to edit, you’ll notice that they still use a honeypot field. The new and improved anti-spam field can be enabled on older forms instead. New forms won’t display the honeypot field as an option.
I also tried to send a test submission on your form and is seems to work without any issues now. Please check this screenshot.

Yes, the form can be submitted now that I turned ReCaptcha off, and the problem is ReCaptcha
I want the ReCaptcha to be activated and the form can send
But when I active the JS optimization at LiteSpeed plugin, the form can’t be sent if there is a ReCaptcha, so I turned it off temporarily

Please try to exclude /repatcha/api.js as mentioned in this thread.
Alternatively, kindly reach out to Litespeed for more help with using reCAPTCHA while JS Optimization is enabled.
